Design shapes culture.
It is a powerful tool that shapes
our every day lives.
The brands we interact with and choose to spend money on- are an indicator of our values and a reflection of our identity and what we align with. Whether we are conscious of it or not.

My experience is primarily with
established, legacy brands. BUT...
the CPG landscape needs
more diversity and representation.

I am Chinese American, born and raised Brooklynite- the last of the few remaining native New Yorkers. I have seen the diaspora of immigrant origin stories and have lived the cultural divide of straddling both my Asian heritage and my American identity. Neither quite one or the other.
My great desire is to champion and amplify the voice of BIPOC brands. Particularly those who are AAPI founded and women owned.
In helping emerging cultural brands not just exist, but thrive on shelf and compete for greater market share. I hope for a future where there is true celebration of global flavors and a greater appreciation of the rich heritage & stories of what are now considered minorities.
We need a voice and a seat at the table.
